The 2013 China Summit Forum on Western Electronics Manufacturing--PCB high-tech Conference or the National Circuit Board Tour Seminar (Chongqing), jointly organized by Shenzhen Municipal Circuit Board Industry Association (SPCA) and the Taiwan Printed Circuit Association (TPCA), was successfully held in Chongqing Sofitel Forebase Hotel in June 18, 2013. More than 100 elite representatives in the printed circuit board industry attended the seminar in which they actively discussed the development of the circuit board industry and shared their valuable experiences.

During the seminar, senior industry analyst of Industrial Economics and Knowledge (IEK), Dong Zhongming shared Great Changes of China's Electronic Industry and the development trend of PCB Industry. Chu Fuyu, general manager of Chongqing Tenways Material Corporation shared Current Situation of Chongqing Printed Circuit Board Industry and Operation Experiences in the Great Western. President of Shenzhen Printed Circuit Association (SPCA), Xin Guosheng (General Manager of HT Circuits Ltd.) discussed Circuit Board Development Trend and Development Opportunities in the Western Part from the macro perspective. Subsequently, the prospect of circuit board in the west was discussed actively on the forum, and the current situation of the electronic products supply chain in Chongqing was analyzed.
